Where We Ship

Where we ship

We ship to select states depending on their individual regulations. If your state on the map is highlighted in pink, you are eligible to place an order with us

If you're unsure of whether your state is eligible to party with the llama, check out your local laws, or get in touch with our team

Unfortunately, if you're not located in an eligible state, we cannot ship your order

If you're located in an ineligible state, you can still take action! Send letters to your US Senators and Representatives (the Marijuana Policy Project site has a great free/automated system for this)

Legal to Ship: THCA FLOWER
Eligible States
  • ALABAMA: Alabama is an eligible state, as their regulations state that as long as the amount of Delta-9 THC in a product remains within legal limits.
  • ARIZONA: Arizona is an eligible state, and one whose laws on the subject are in line with the 2018 Farm Bill.
  • ARKANSAS: The state of Arkansas recognizes the federal definition of hemp, and any products derived from Cannabis with 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis qualify as hemp. THCa flower and concentrates both remain legal if they meet this THC threshold.
  • COLORADO: Even prior to the 2018 Farm Bill, Colorado had already embraced hemp. Currently, as long as a product remains under 0.3% Delta-9 THC, it is classified as hemp (regardless of the percentage of THCa present).
  • ILLINOIS: After the 2018 Farm Bill was passed, Illinois legalized industrial hemp. Similar to other states, as long as a product remains under 0.3% Delta-9 THC, it is lawful to sell and possess.
  • MARYLAND: Maryland is another state which aligns with the federal regulations, allowing for products with 0.3% or less of Delta-9 THC. Maryland does not have a stated limit for THCa, so hemp containing elevated THCa, but low rates of Delta-9 THC is still classified as hemp.
  • MISSOURI: Missouri does not differentiate THCa from other cannabinoids, and instead focuses on the percentage of Delta-9 THC levels. As long as products (including flower) remain at 0.3% or lower Delta-9 THC, they are legal.
  • NEVADA: Nevada is another state which adheres to the 2018 Farm Bill standards, and does not impose any special rules for THCa.
  • NORTH CAROLINA: North Carolina does not differentiate THCa from other non-psychoactive cannabinoids. Because of this, as long as products stay under the 0.3% Delta-9 THC limit, they are legal to be sold and distributed.
  • OKLAHOMA: Oklahoma has an expansive medical marijuana program, but it doesn't impact the hemp category as defined by Delta-9 THC. Products which are tested (such as ours) and result in Delta-9 THC content under 0.3% are legal to be sold.
  • TEXAS: (Surprisingly, perhaps), Texas is aligned with the 2018 Farm Bill.
  • VERMONT: Vermont has consistently supported the cultivation of hemp, and legalized cannabis use for adults. The state agency managing this program is the Agency of Agriculture, Food & Markets, which requires periodic testing to verify products maintain a legal Delta-9 THC limit (0.3%).
  • WEST VIRGINIA: THCa is not regulated independently in West Virginia, and although the West Virginia Department of Agriculture issues hemp licenses and manages compliance, there is no specific provision for THCa. As long as products stay under the limit of 0.3% of Delta-9 THC, they are legal.
  • WYOMING: Wyoming's regulations are in line with the 2018 Farm Bill.
